Bone Strengthening Calcium


Since I don’t take cheese or milk for calcium, I decided to try these and see if it will help.  It tastes like toffee and I eat one a day.   Bought it from a local health care store in town and as I am getting of age, one have to take care of oneself, if we don’t want to be a burden to our kids and spouse in the future.  I also take tofu but I feel that I don’t eat enough tofu to supplement my need as I’m almost 50 yrs of age.
