Itchy Bumps Driving Me Nuts

The itchy bumps came back again! but this time it’s on my palm and its driving me nuts last night and kept me up all night. Before I had used boiling water to burn it dead! and it did help but this time it’s on my palm – should i use boiling water too? I hate seeing the doctor about it – for I fear she might say it’s because my blood sugar is high and thus causing the bumps and itch. But a check with the pharmacist this morning – she thinks it’s some kinda a fungal infection – and recommended hydro-cortisone. A search on the internet gave me more info on it – and looks like we are not the only ones suffering the same kind of itchy bumps – so I am quite relief – I’m going to see my family doctor now – hahhaha!!

I also have the exact same bumps, This photo is as close as one can come to what these bumps look like, WHAT IS IT? The bumps will last for a day or three, then dissapear, only to resurface months later, in the exact same spots.. Any ideas to what it is?
