Durian Feast
Durian doesn’t come by easily for me here in Canada – so when I had gotten some frozen ones – brought back by a Vietnamese lady who was in the city – fresh ! what did we do? we had a durian fest – but as you all know – durian is high in cholesterol and also lots of calories but I figured I don’t eat them often – so I should feast on them when I get a chance. But after having the sweet and fleshy durians – guess what? i felt so guilty – and fat! I now need some good diet pills that work coz’ I’m attending a cultural festival at the end of the week – and I can’t be looking bulgy right? so besides the diet pills – I am eating less this week – and also exercising a lot and giving up on my coffee too – i need to be able to get into my dress for the event.

Why would you use diet pills?
Why not just eat healthy (not less) – just choose clean healthy proteins and fresh vegetables and workout?
Eating “less” doesn’t make you lose weight, but controlling portion sizes and eating clean foods does, when combined with workouts.
