Working Out Helps Lower Blood Sugar

Before i started on my step aerobics – and walking – someone had told me that do exercises and keeping active throughout the day helped him to keep his blood sugar down. He has Type 1 diabetes – and now – he rarely uses his insulin according to him. So when i started my step aerobic and walking i also tested my blood sugar and true to the advice – the exercising does lower your blood sugar – so if you’ve alway have high blood sugar count – you should really try exercising – a 30 mins walk or easy step aerobics is all that is needed to keep your blood sugar count down.
