Power Food For Diabetes

Food is a real problem with being a diabetic and i’m sure all diabetics can agree with me on this.  We do sorts of reviews and even diet pill review just so we keep our weight down to help improve our blood sugar level.   We do all this in the name of staying healthy and like each and everyone of us – we want to be able to eat some food that is tasty yet healthy for our diabetic.

Power food like whole grains, fresh fruits, veggies and lean protein are the best way to go.   And here are some food that are said to be power food for diabetes as well.  Asparagus comes first on the list – i know some of you are going ewwwwekkkk.. already but you can eat asparagus by steaming them or dunking them into boiling water with a bit of salt and then use a little oyster sauce to go with it to make it tasty.  Blueberries !! whoohoo!! i love blueberries – who doesn’t right – now this one i don’t have to entice you or cajole you to eat right?   Red Grapefruit is great too – and if you find it hard to eat – try eating them with some apples.    Ok ! i’ll leave you with these 3 power food to go with your week’s diet for now and come back for more next week.  Good luck!
