Most people think that being a diabetic – all our food looks deary and dull – in fact they are absolutely wrong – this is one diabetic breakfast recommended by a top diabetic magazine and they even have the recipe for us – using 2 popovers. Giving one a great start of a day by eating a healthy and delicious breakfast goes a long way. One not only jump start your metabolism but also gives the body the nutrients it needs to keep going.
