OJ & Diabetics

Many years ago, before learning that I was a diabetic – i would drink fruit juices religiously. Afterall, are they not better than pop or any other drinks including those alcohol beverages? But nope not really – I was on a weight loss supplements once and they told me that if you really wanted the benefit of an orange juice either squeeze it yourself or eat an orange. OJ in boxes of juice is full of sugar content, much of the processing makes for a huge intake of unwanted sugar in the morning. So if you really must have orange juice.. you know what to do now.
