Losing Weight By Counting Your Carbs

They say that by counting your carbs one can lose their weight.. is that true..?? my girlfriend asked me today. Well, if you really wanna lose weight.. you have to try not to eat .. after 5.30pm.. and go to bed at 9pm and get up as early as 6.30am.. for your breakfast or get the best diet pills.
Having said all the above, you and i know that as diabetic.. it’s hard to go too long without food.. and we tend to snack. But snacking doesn’t mean you need a big meal with lots of carbs.. because fruits can be a snack that has got better nutrients.. then other highly processed food. So if you wanna lose weight.. choose your carb wisely.. but it’s really easier said than done eh.
