Diabetes Update
So it had been about a month since i started on full medication for my diabetes .. and also changed my diet.. and started walking a wee bit… although not very successful. But changing my diet.. had actually made me look forward to a healthier me, afterall, I don’t want to have a disability insurance so soon. Plus who would insure me… if i am not healthy right. I am darn proud to report that my blood sugar is slowly but surely going down.. and I’m darn happy about it.
