The good doctor had ordered that i brisk walk 30mins a day .. because my sugar level is really high. So here I am starting to do my walk.. and the next day. .it rained for a few days. JOY! The spouse bought some outdoor chairs for the patio.. but have yet to put it up. Exercising or just brisk walking did help with my blood sugar.. because right after my walk.. i took my test for my blood sugar immediately..and lo and behold.. it went down to 9.9 . .pretty good in my opinion. .and less than a week into my new medication and diet. So those with diabetes.. please do as much walking as possible.. even though .. it may not be brisk walking immediately .. any kind of moving is good for the body and good for the sugar level.
