Blood Sugar
So it had been a week and a day since i started on my medication and looking out with my diet. I am currently trying a lot of new things.. like low fat cheese .. and walnut .. plus oats and cinnamon. Anything that is said to help to lower the blood sugar.. i was gonna try it but of course, with different combination. Obviously, it is not easy.. because there are just things.. that i wanna eat .. just because i can’t eat it now. My blood pressure seems to have come down.. after eating those pills regularly.. so i have to keep reminding myself.. that the blood sugar pills needed time to take effect. I am trying not to stress myself too much.. and even bought some relaxing candle to help ease my tension. This morning.. it just dawn upon me that i should eat smaller portions.. but fairly regularly .. 2 – 3 hrs.. that way.. my blood sugar can stay steady. So i’m not gonna worry about eating enough.. to last me for more than 4hrs.. i’m just gonna eat smaller portion.. and snack all day.. a piece of cheese.. and some walnuts.. here and there. Rye bread seems to be the way to go.. and vegies are good despite the fact that they make me feel bloated. I write more on my experience as I come across them.
