What You Can Eat & What You Should Eat Less

As a diabetic.. i was told that starch is no good. But everything has starch doesn’t it..?? noodles.. bread.. and pasta. So i went to find .. what i can eat and what i should eat less. The key to eating as a diabetic.. is to eat everything in moderation.. and the above shows.. that what ppl said .. about starches is not correct.
