Diabetic To Eat Small Frequent Meals

As a diabetic for a few years now.. i’ve been advised by many ppl to eat small meals instead of 2 large ones. They claimed that by eating small frequent meals throught the day is the best way to reduce one’s insulin levels. But truth be told.. eating small meals is good.. but also know that meals with low glycemic index may help you control or even out your insulin levels. Fasting for as little as 24hrs has been shown to drastically reduce insulin levels. So while eating small meals is good.. you have to be careful what you eat too.
