Lean & Mean Protein

I curb my hung pangs with eating small amoutns of lean protein at each meal.  And to feel full longer, i count on the lean cuts of meat, poultry, fish and eggs.  Some ppl think that by eating salad .. is the way to go.. but let me tell you .. you will feel so  hungry.. you wanna kill.  And if you eat them with lots of dressing.. you might as well BBQ a slab of beef to eat.  But with lean meat.. it’s lower in saturated fats.. and lean protein is supposed to keep the heart going and healthy too.
