I have been reading your blogs and watching the movies that you upload. So, I came upon this "wind in your tummy" problem after your surgery. Have you tried japanese plum balls? ume balls? I get a lot of gas after eating spicy foods( I guess my body does not agree with it) but I am reluctant to give up spicy food. I saw my uncle taking them one day, and decided to give those plum balls a try. Now everytime I get bloated or gassy (till it hurts and pulls on my shoulders), I take 3 balls - they recommend 5-10 but it's natural,so it won't hurt. Read more about the benefits here http://www.maysbeautyhouse.com/site/1389281/page/725201

You can probably buy it @ your local health food store. I get mine from my local store for US$17.75+tax for 260 balls. The brand I use is from Eden foods. Try it, it works for me, my sis. and MIL. Hope it helps you too!
