Get Stress Under Control

Our life gets so busy .. and of course our stress level increases. It is easy to lose focus on good health. Stress can cause loss of sleep, high blood pressure and an increase in bad habits, such as poor food choices, all of which impact your diabetes management. Our body’s reaction to stress can also cause an increase in blood glucose levels. And being a diabetic.. it is definitely not good.
Learning to relax is not difficult.. but to slow down.. and do nothing.. now that’s the hard part but for health sake.. i have no choice .. but to practice relaxation therapies. Now the first thing i have to do .. is to get enough sleep.
