Buying your own place to be called your own .. instead of paying rent seems like a good idea.. at that time.  Little did we know that there are lots of things we missed out on calculating.  Like paying for water and electricity and home insurance and property taxes.   So if you are thinking of buying your own place, yes it’s good. .but you have to make sure you are not stressed by it.  Make plans 2 yrs in advance before going happy shopping for a house.
