Yes.. I’m outta the hospital.. with my ovaries intact.. now what happen next..?? With my uterus taken out.. with ovaries intact.. i hear .. i won’t be getting hot flashes.. and hormonal problems. But it would also mean.. that i will never have menses again.. nor will i have to worry about another fibroids growing.. since there is no uterine wall to stick onto. But where do I go from here..??
There’s never enough hours in a day especially when you own your own business. I’ve lost track of the number of times I had to pass on a project because we were simply overloaded with other work to do. A Task Market Poster might need help with:
· a specialized Excel formula
· language translation
· letter writing
· an aspect of their accounting
· making a PowerPoint presentation “pretty”
· graphics, charts, formatting or logos
· research gathering
· proofreading
· building sell sheets, listing sheets or simple brochures
· fact checking
Task Market Solvers create profiles of their skills to help Posters assign tasks to Solvers with the right skill sets, and get email alerts when a job arrives that fits their skillsets. Posters can award and pay several solvers for tasks to compare results, and give more work to the ones they like. All without the commitment of a freelance engagement.

Everytime.. i start talking about the town.. or the town councils.. it makes my blood pressure high .. and i kid you not. It is so visible.. that i am really irritated.. with the whole town .. and how they are managing it. So if i was going to the doctor’s .. i must not think of the town councils.. nor this town.. then my blood pressure would be good. Funny..?? very..!!

Yes.. surgery day is finally here.. ! i’m scheduled for 6.45am surgery.. starting at 8am. A full hysterectomy.. plus or minus. And of course to take out the fibroids. I hope .. everything will go well. .during the surgery.. else I would be leaving behind the loves of my life.. and i really don’t want that.
I will account the surgery to all.. and my recovery.. once i am outta the hospital.. and am able to write.

I’m currently having my menses .. and my operation is scheduled for monday. Bleeding really bad.. and the medication given by the family doctor does not seems to be helping at all. I hope my hemoglobin wouldn’t go down . .during this time.
The man still cannot handle more than the ordinary.. so i still have to help around the house alot. So i’m pretty worried.. what will happen.. when I am in the hospital.. orif i donch survived. *sigh*
Since my gynae will be leaving for good to Toronto, the new gynae .. is ready and taking over his patients. I was at his new office the other day.. and it really looked nice.. they even used thermal labels for the patient’s chart and labeling of medications. Plus his office was equipped with some pretty decent machines.. as far as i can see. But the clinics here .. are very different from the one’s at home. Like here .. the gynae’s office.. has got no ultra sound machine.. whereas the ones at home.. they even have 3D machines. Quite different.. and quite un-used to this kinda equipment-less doctor.
I can’t wait for my gynae to take out my fibroids.. so that i can lead a more normal life.. and be able to swim.. and exercise.. and wear a swimsuit again. I haven’t swam for so long.. i feel so terrible about it. Before coming to Canada.. i used to swim at least once a week. And i do love swimming alot.. because it is a form of exercise. I want to stay healthy too.
My family doctor gave me a prescription of Cyklokapron .. so that when my menses comes .. it would not have such heavy flow. Happily i sent Mr Moo to the pharmacy .. for it.. because my menses is just about round the corner.. and since i just had my transfusion.. i didn’t wanna lose any more blood than i can helped it. When Mr Moo came back with the 30 tablets.. i had a “sticker” shocked..!! guess how much the 30 tablets cost..?? $60 ..!!! holy mowly..!! Not fun getting sick eh..!!
Yes.. plagued by 2 huge fibroids.. and being diabetic is bad enough.. but to hear that i needed blood transfusion.. now that was shocking..! But some shopping online for handcrafted jewelry did helped cheer me up abit.. because shopping can make a woman happy. What about you ..?? do you shop to relieve some stress..??
These days a phone is not just a phone, it is a really multi-tasking device. From playing MP3s .. to take pictures.. and even short videos. For me.. it may not be useful.. but I can always see my babysitter using her phone to the max. No wonder .. she is asking the man .. to order some micro sd for her.
I’ve heard many a times.. that ppl with Type 2 diabetes.. they should exercise.. and it makes a world of difference with the blood sugar. People with diabetes have too much sugar in their blood. This situation is thus harmful and can lead to short and long term consequences. In Type 2 diabetes, thre is a resistance of tissues to use insulin effectively for drawing blood glucose into the cell. Therefore, this left behind sugar in the blood leads to Type 2 diabetes.
For me.. i have been inactive for years.. because of my fibroids. I have to choose to ease into an exercise program.. and not try to run a marathon. Getting the right start is very important. Start slowly.. a 20 - 30 minutes walk 3 times a week.. whenever i feel comfortable.. no rush.. you’ll have a life time to catch up.. the doctor said. I’m gonna try it out.. and let you all know how i feel.
For those of you who don’t know this, I just went for blood transfusion - 4 bags of it .. for the last 1.5 weeks. I cannot imagine.. how much it would have cost.. if i wasn’t covered by health Insurance. I know it cannot be cheap.. and the many blood test I had to go through for every time I went for my blood transfusion… for a cross match. And after the transfusion.. i had to get another blood test.. to see where my hemoglobin level is at.
Whether it is for yourself.. or if you own a small business .. or even for those who travels .. health insurance is very important. I’ve heard of folks being in debt.. just to pay off their medical bills. So if you have family and loved ones, make sure you are insured.. because you don’t want to stress them unnecessarily.

I know i’ve had diabetes for a long time now.. but for this long.. I still don’t really know how to gauge my blood sugar readings. Recently, at the doctor’s office.. i found the information on a pamplet. So if you are like me.. this is the ready you should aim for.
4.0 to 7.0 - Fasting blood/before meals
5.0 to 10.0 - Blood glucose - 2hrs after eating
7% or less for A1C (but depending on your lab)
The above is only a guide.. but at least now i know what to aim for.
We were invited to a housewarming of our customer and the house was warm alright..! they had so many ppl invited.. the house was just too small to hold so many friends and family members.. and of course us.. the business associates. We toured the house abit.. but what caught my attention was the vessel sinks in all the bathrooms, they were really beautiful. Looks like they got a good deal for it too.
