Lower Your Risk Of Heart Disease

By making very small changes in your life.. you can continue to live a fulfilling and healthy life.

  1. Eat smart – Choose nutritious foods and more often.

  2. Replace harmful fats (saturated and trans fat) with healthier fats (unsaturated) in your diet.

  3. Achieve and maintain a healthy weight (now this is a hard one for me).

  4. Aim for a 30 to 60 minutes of daily exercise.

It is not that hard.. when you take baby steps.. just baby steps.
