Breast Pain

Sometimes when i get breast pain .. i often wonder if it is the first sign of cancer..?? The pain I get is usually mild .. usually it is for one breast only. But i also notice my pain comes .. just before my menstrual cycle, so I wonder if it is related to the changes in hormone levels. They say that women do usually feel increaed breast pain before their menstrual period and a reduction of pain after. Mine feels lumpy at times, can it be due to fibrocystic..?? Stress also affects the hormone level and this may influence breast pain. Since it comes and goes.. every month.. i wonder if i should see a doctor..?
