Should Drinking Age Be Raised to 21

Raising the drinking age to 21 - an idea being floated by at least one Ontario health unit.  Health units from across Ontario will consider launching a campaign to raise the drinking age in June.  In my humble opinion.. i feel it is necessary.  At 19 one is still playful.. and don’t really know the consequences of things.  With the raise in bar age.. i think this might prevent kids from getting into trouble..and getting others into trouble too.  Stricter ruling is a must .. especially when so many lives have been claimed by drunk drivers.
