Video Game For Stress
Hehehe!! this i’ve gotta laugh at. A new videogame was created by researchers at Montreal’s McGill University to help cut stress. Oh my..!! what else will they come up with next..??? This game is said to be able to reduce production of the stress hormone cortisol. The game trains players to focus on positive feedback in social situation and is based on the emerging science of social intelligence. There will be more improvement made for this kind of game. From helping people to cope with social anxiety of public speaking or meeting new people, to helping athletes concentrate on their game. The game is called MindHabits and playing 5 minutes a day can reduce one’s stress. At $19.99, i wouldn’t mind getting it for someone who might be in that situation.
