Feeling Sick To The Stomach
My good old fibroids is acting up since yesterday. Where i was once procrastinating .. about taking it out.. my morning resolution is.. if this is the root of all my uncomfyness .. i’m gonna get the thing out.. as soon as possible now. I can’t wait for my MSI card to come now.. and see Dr Mukaji.
Easter Visits
We did our little bit in giving back to the society.. by visiting those who are at the alcohol rehab and bringing them a little joy of chocolates and other goodies. I’ll have to say.. that the facility was better than i thought it would be. Gone are the days.. where cold wall surrounds a rehab center .. replaced by warm and friendly garden.. and state-of-the-art gym .. and even massage therapy.. for those staying in-house.
Shake The Bottle .. Man..!
The man is still hacking.. and he was taking his medication before going to bed. He turned around.. and told me that the medication seems to be more concentrated at the end of the bottle. So i asked him if he shakes the bottle each time he takes his medication… well.. your guess is as good as mine. No! And when i told him to.. he still had to look at the bottle for instruction.. *slapped forehead*. Everyone should know this right..?? to shake the medication bottle before using it..??
