Snacking For Energy

If you are feeling pooped by 3pm every afternoon, a snack might be what you need to help you keep going to dinner. That is if you snack wisely. Highly processed snacks that include ingredients like sugar and what flour can give you quick energy but it doesn’t last. More wholesome foods like vegies, fruits and whole grain are a much better choice.
Those low fat snack is only low fat if you eat in moderation. Before you indulge, check out the recommended portion size on the nutrition facts panel on the package.
