Menses & Bad Tummy

Yes.. it’s that time of the month again.. and yes.. it’s bad this month too. But i’ve also come to noticed.. that i get bad tummy and have diarrhea.. everytime.. i have my menses. Not bad ones.. but mild. But still it is funny eh.

The pain is extremely bad this month. .and it doesn’t help.. to have a lil’ one kicking your tummy all the time.
